Linda Lindholm Endorses Peggy Huang

Regional leadership endorsements continue to grow as momentum builds in Peggy Huang’s campaign for the 45th Congressional District

IRVINE, CA --- Peggy Huang today announced the endorsement of former Orange County Board of Education member and Orange County Regional Leader Linda Lindholm. Lindholm’s support adds to the growing list of leaders to her campaign in the 45th Congressional District.

"Peggy Huang’s experience, passion, and work ethic establishes her as the most qualified candidate running in the 45th Congressional District.”  Lindholm said.  “I wholeheartedly endorse Peggy Huang, the top Republican candidate who can beat Katie Porter in the November election.  I look forward to having her represent Orange County in Washington DC."

Linda Lindholm was elected to the Orange County Board of Education in June 2014 to represent the fifth district.  Lindholm was elected to the Laguna Niguel City Council in 1996 and served four terms as the City’s Mayor.

“I appreciate Linda’s endorsement and support.” Huang said.  “Her leadership and commitment to Orange County provides a model for all of us who strive for excellence in public service.”

Lindholm joins Orange County Board of Education Members Mari Barke, second District and Ken L. Williams, Jr, third district who announced their endorsement of Peggy Huang in a joint statement earlier this month.

The 45th Congressional District of California includes the cities of Irvine, Tustin, North Tustin, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Villa Park, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, and portions of the cities of Anaheim and Orange.
