Anaheim Councilmember Trevor O’Neil Endorses Peggy Huang
Anaheim Hill Representative adds his name to the growing list of endorsement in Huang’s race for the 45th Congressional District
IRVINE, CA --- Peggy Huang today announced the addition of Anaheim Councilmember Trevor O’Neil to her increasing list of regional leaders in support of her 45th Congressional District campaign.
“I am endorsing Peggy Huang because I know her commitment to our community,” O’Neil said. “Peggy understands the issues facing families in Orange County and will work for common sense solutions. She is the best candidate to represent our Congressional District.”
Trevor O’Neil was elected to the Anaheim City Council in November 2018, representing District 6 in east Anaheim. A longtime business owner in Orange County, O’Neil also serves as vice chair of the Orange Unified School District Measure S Citizens’ Oversight Committee. Trevor O’Neil is a board member of the Orange County Taxpayers Association and the Anaheim Hills Community Council.
“Trevor’s endorsement means a lot to me.” Huang said. “His work on City Council, his Orange County regional leadership, and overall energy and passion for public service is laudable and serves as a model for us all.”
Trevor O’Neil joins Orange County Third District Supervisor Donald Wagner, former California State Assemblywoman Young Kim, California State Assemblyman Phillip Chen, California State Senator Ling Ling Chang, all of whom endorsed Peggy Huang for Congress.
The 45th Congressional District of California includes the cities of Irvine, Tustin, North Tustin, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Villa Park, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, and portions of the cities of Anaheim and Orange.
